On Thursday, October 29, the SHPS Tri-M Music Honor Society will be putting on the annual Halloween Carnival! This event is open to the public for kids 12 and under (accompanied by an adult) with carnival games, bounce houses, a haunted room, face paint, pumpkin painting, instrument petting zoo, and more! Costumes are encouraged, as well as buckets for candy as prizes! It's a SPOOKY good time!
¡El jueves 29 de octubre, la Sociedad de Honor de Música Tri-M de SHPS presentará su Carnaval de Halloween anual! Este evento está abierto al público para niños de 12 años o menos (acompañados por un adulto) y contará con juegos de carnaval, inflables, un cuarto embrujado, pintacaritas, pintura de calabazas, un "zoológico" interactivo de instrumentos ¡y mucho más! ¡Se recomienda venir con disfraz, así como traer cubetas para los dulces que se darán de premio! ¡Será una tarde ESPELUZNANTEMENTE divertida!

The Purple Pride earned straight A's from all three judges and an overall Superior Division 1 Rating!
To quote one of the judges from their score sheet, "Bravo! You are the entire package. Tone quality, intonation, style, dynamics, cleanliness, impact, coordination, staging!!!! What a pleasure to see and hear such a well taught and enthusiastic ensemble. You sold it! You filled my heart, kids! Way to go Bopps!"
