
Spring sports are just around the corner and South Haven Athletics wants to remind athletes and parents that everyone MUST have an updated physical on file to participate in middle school & high school sports. As winter sports begin to wind down, we want to once again give encourage our athletes to attend Ram Power.
Ram Power is our speed and strength program. It is open to all athletes in grades 6-12 of any gender. The weekly schedule is Monday, Wednesday & Thursday from 2:45- 4:00 pm in the high school weight room. Training is an essential ingredient to successful athletics. It increases speed, strength, confidence, and recovery time. Training also decreases the volume and severity of injuries. Athletes who want to get better are STRONGLY encouraged to attend. All HS girls interested in playing tennis this spring should plan to attend a meeting on Monday, February 28th right after school in the ILC. Any questions, please contact Coach Koehler.

Boys varsity basketball will conduct their senior night on Thursday, 3/3, before their last home game against Covert HS at approximately 5:45 pm.
We will also be honoring wrestling senior Ray Woodall this Friday (2/25) at halftime of the varsity basketball game against Brandywine. Ray's senior night was cancelled earlier this month due to inclement weather.
Come on out and support our seniors as they get ready to wrap up their winter seasons.

HS Boys Basketball -- We have rescheduled the freshman and JV boys basketball games against Berrien Springs (originally to be played on 2/17). The games will now be played on Monday, 2/28, at SHHS, with the freshmen at 5:00 and the JV at 6:30 pm.

Girls Varsity Basketball -- MHSAA Girls District brackets are now available. The Rams will likely play on Wednesday against the winner of Coloma/Berrien Springs at Berrien Springs.


6th grade basketball -- Wednesday's game at Schoolcraft will take place at Schoolcraft Upper Elementary on East Clay Street. The game will begin at 5:00.

HS Basketball -- all games with Berrien Springs, both home and away, have been canceled for tonight (Thursday, 2/17) due to impending weather. We are working on rescheduling and will release those dates when we have them finalized.
